This kit contains what you need to get started sprouting. I've been eating sprouts for a few years and wanted to grow my own. This kit made it easy. Although, I also bought the Wonders of Sprouting book ($3.99) and highly recommend it as well.
Would love to give a review but my order has been stuck in Winnipeg for a week pending release with no end in sight. Not sure if ordering from the US is feasible any longer
