All returns require pre-authorization. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Unopened seed bags may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit. Bags must be sealed, clean, and undamaged.

Opened seed bags are not eligible for return unless there is a quality concern. If you believe there’s an issue, please contact us — we may request a sample for testing before processing any credit or refund.

All returned seed must pass inspection before a refund or credit can be issued. In some cases, testing may be required to confirm seed quality and safety.
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is found to be defective through troubleshooting with our team.
If a quality issue is confirmed, we’ll cover return shipping and issue a full refund or credit as appropriate.

Email us at mumms@sprouting.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll walk you through the next steps.
Please note: We can only accept returns of seed purchased directly from our website. If you purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly.
