Soak 6 to 12 hours – Rinse enough seed to cover the bottom of the sprouting tray. Cover seed with water for 6 to 12 hours. Drain, holding at an angle to remove excess water. Spread seed evenly on bottom of sprouting tray. Cover with lid or plastic bag.
Rinse twice a day – Rinse with water, using either gentle flow from tap, dipping in a sink, or spraying. Drain thoroughly.
Enjoy! Ready in 8 to 10 days – Refrigerate to keep fresh. Harvest by cutting above roots as needed. Sprouts store best when fairly dry- do not store immediately after rinsing.
