The Easy Sprouter is one of our most popular sprouters. It offers great drainage and air-circulation. It’s a great all-around sprouter and our family’s favourite way to grow broccoli sprouts.
Easy Sprouter comes with a vented lid that is ideal for travel sprouting and storing sprouts in the fridge. It is stackable, durable and easy to clean. The sprouter stands 7″ tall and measures 4½” across the top and tapers down to 3¼” at the bottom.

I have 4 and honestly they are one of the best tools for sprouting. In my opinion it is a much more efficient way of sprouting than in a mason jar. Easy to clean and store.

I had 5 but gave one away to someone who was interested in sprouting. That’s how effective these sprouting jars are. Way better than a mason jar in my opinion + my results turn out really well even with older seeds. I highly recommend this sprouting equipment if you want something easier to use.

PROS: It sprouts really fast, compared to the classic mason jar and mesh method, and an horizontal product I also tried.
CONS:
Weak plastic: I’ve had mine for years, but it cracked in a matter of weeks of casual, irregular use, and in several spots, only in points of stress from the flexibility of the plastic and the thin vertical ridges. If that area was made thicker, maybe with curved transitions between the shapes, the cracking wouldn’t happen? Maybe all it needs is a thicker plastic. tonight, I decided to use high temperature hot glue to attempt to stabilize the cracks, to prolong the usable life of the product. It doesn’t look good, but it seems to help. I’d buy a replacement, but I’d just be facing the same problems over time if it wasn’t an improved version.
LID is loose & welcomes fruit flies: The Lid doesn’t hold in place. Does not snap or screw, so any movement will have it fall.
My DIY solution for both issues is hardly elegant visually: I slide a pantyhose over the lid and part of the container, and secure with an elastic band.
Not Clear: Transparency would be a very welcome improvement. My latest batch of Alfalfa was completely ruined when I forgot to monitor it for a day, even though I place the sprouter in a spot I frequent a lot every day. The signs of yellowing would have been obvious in a clear jar.
