1/2 cup (25g) Chopped Sunflower greens
1/2 cup (25g) chopped Buckwheat greens
1/2 cup (25g) chopped Pea greens
1/2 cup (25g) Adzuki shoots
1/2 cup (25g) Mung Bean shoots
Popcorn shoots for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and top with your favorite dressing
