These are high quality peas with a high sprouting percentage. Peas are my all time favorite and hard to find so I am grateful to have found these at Mumm's. Pea sprouts are the closest thing I can find to that fresh from the garden flavor. In the store already sprouted peas cost approximately $12/pound, so much better to sprout at home! I have been sprouting on and off for decades and am so happy that I finally discovered Mumm's. I will certainly be a repeat customer. Thank you Mumm's
