Chefs love the radish. One of the few microgreens to really add color to a mix, or simply as a contrast to lighter main dishes (like salmon). Grown in a climate-controlled environment in soil medium, the microgreens can be ready in as little as 6-7 days depending on the size of cotyledon you desire. The microgreen is quite spicy when eaten alone, but mellows considerably when eaten with food. Should be stacked for 4 days, minimum. When uncovered, separate any sprouts with a fork, as needed.
