Bought some seeds and grew in a small 16 oz trays. The tray had beautiful green leaves instead of yellow because I exposed it to light instead of leaving them in the dark. I ended up planting them in my garden. Love the experiment and next time I will leave them in the dark to get the yellow color!
The seed's germination rate was great. The issue I was having is with mold growth. I am an experienced microgreens grower and just could not get it to grow with out the mold issues. I then reached out to Mumm's and they have been great! unfortunately all of the suggestions did not make a difference as I was pretty much already following the steps needed for growing. I then turned to my local hydroponics store and they suggested i use "Defgaurd" which is a naturual OMRI fungicide. I went with it and finally was able to salvage 2 trays worth of seed. there was some mold still, but it was manageable with the fungicide
