Peas that grow fast

  • By: Happy Valley Greens Verified Buyer from State College, PA US on January 21, 2018
  • Pros: The Flavor
  • Cons: If they grow too long they are taught to eat.

I do like these peas. They grow fast, at the end they are clean and delicious. Don't have too many leaves. They taste best when harvest early, afterwards, in my opinion, are too harsh. My clients love them.

My favorite microgreen!

  • By: Humble Acorn Gardens Verified Buyer from Terre Haute, IN US on May 31, 2017
  • Pros: The Taste
  • Cons: Anyone who has grown sunshoots knows that there is some time involved removing the shells from the microgreens. I have some success just rubbing my hand over the shoots while still growing. But there are still a lot that I have to remove when washing.

I grow these for our family and for sales at our farmer's market. They grow incredibly thick and delicious. The seed is clean and has a very high germination rate. Everyone that tries them loves their almost carrot flavor and heartiness. I think that the healthy oils they contain make this a much more substantial and filling microgreen than others. Definitely my favorite!

Excellent germination. Customer raves on flavor.

  • By: Hill Country Hydro Verified Buyer from HELOTES, TX US on August 30, 2018
  • Pros: The Flavor
  • Cons: Nine day shipping.

I'm in the US. I found Mumm's prices to be significantly better than US prices. The nine-day shipping time has to be programmed into your planting schedule but the price savings was well worth the wait. The quality was excellent. Wonderful germination and rave reviews for flavor from my customers.
