Using this with a vegan mayo on sandwiches is a great way to use these sprouts. They are so flavorful. On a cracker topped with humus is yummy.

Excellent growth, not too fast, but the taste is amazing. Sweet and strong only at the end. Great seeds for a great price.

Use to grow micrigreens. I thought these were hard to grow, but seeds I purchased from another company were really bad. These seeds are great. My restaurants I sell to love the flavor. If you need the Wasabi taste this is it.
