A 5-day sprout. Hot, but a nice addition to sandwiches or salads.
A powerhouse of protein and a great source of vitamins A, B6, and C, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc.

Using this with a vegan mayo on sandwiches is a great way to use these sprouts. They are so flavorful. On a cracker topped with humus is yummy.
Good spicy mustard and very easy to grow microgreen
Use to grow micrigreens. I thought these were hard to grow, but seeds I purchased from another company were really bad. These seeds are great. My restaurants I sell to love the flavor. If you need the Wasabi taste this is it.
Excellent growth, not too fast, but the taste is amazing. Sweet and strong only at the end. Great seeds for a great price.
The germination rate is excellent. Really good seeds for mictogreens. It grows very well and the taste is amazing! Thank you Mum's
Contrary to their name, this is not a super spicy hot mustard, but very pleasingly mild. Great as microgreens, with high germination and a very uniform growth rate. But I do not recommend this as a sprout, as the rootlets form a tight cluster that looks unappealing and the rootlets themselves taste bitter.
Tried 3 different methods of sprouting and all failed: first in Easy Sprout, about 25-30% germinated. In tray, bit better, seeds that did grow were very slow, and withered before reaching "harvestability." Wrote to Mumms and was told they had no problem with them and wanted pictures and descriptions of how I was sprouting. Sprouting 50 yrs now -- know it's not me, and don't feel like quibbling about $15 of an over $200 order.
Prompt shipping, excellent germination. I would definitely buy this again.
