My favorite lentils are French green for the taste but red lentils are the healthiest according to nutritionfacts.org. I also like black lentils but Mumm's were out of stock. Eat lentils sprouted for the added nutrition but eat cooked for a better taste. I deduct one star for the taste factor not the quality of the seeds. The seeds were beautiful and had a good germination rate.
