These are high quality seeds with a high sprouting percentage. In the past when I've sprouted small seeds, they often turn into a soggy, slimy mess. That is not the case with Mumm's seeds. I sprouted as directed and in a few days had a great batch of kale sprouts. I have been sprouting on and off for decades and am so happy that I finally discovered Mumm's. I will certainly be a repeat customer. These sprouts are peppery! I add them to salads or just snack on them plane. Thank you Mumm's
