It was so easy! I'm a beginner, and the process was very simple. I got amazing sprouted lentils in about 3 days. I use them for tacos, I mix them with a little bit of tofu, some black beans and taco spices. Everyone loves this recipe (even meatlovers go for this dish instead of chicken when presented with both!) They are also amazing in a salad.
