I soaked these lentils for about 18 hours and sprouted them for two days. They were beautiful to look at and really delicious. Tender and crunchy, sweet and astrigent. Very happy with performance of this product.

I bought 2 kilos of lentils (crimson and black), that's how good they are. You can start eating them after a couple of days or keep growing them a few more days until they are quite green. The seeds are large, soft and tasty. The larger seed supports the growth period longer than small seeds. Also, there are no hulls to contend with which makes them a winner. =^]
Beluga lentils are my all-time favourites! I always made Chef Michael Smith's Beluga Lentil and Shrimp Cocktail with Citrus and Cilantro. I made it with sprouted lentils and friends raved about it. Step aside, caviar!
