Took a little bit to figure these guys out, but they're good! FG Peroxide rinse is key with them as the shell is a little tough. Have had fine results with the rinse

Mumm's Sunnies: Wonderful results every time!

  • By: A big fan Verified Buyer from Darby, MT US on April 7, 2018
  • Cons: I do wish they'd all mature at about the exact same rate, but I have yet to find sunflower seeds that do.
  • Best uses: As an Ingredient
  • Describe Yourself: Healthy Lifestyle

While I haven't opened my newest 25-pound bag, Mumm's has been my only source for sunflower microgreen seeds for several years. Flavor, color, and crunch make them a favorite at the farmers markets. Thanks, Mumm's, and keep up the good work!

Not usual quality

  • By: Moman Verified Buyer from Savannah, GA US on February 9, 2020
  • Pros: The Flavor
  • Cons: Size, workability, overall quality of finished product
  • Best uses: In a Salad
  • Describe Yourself: DIY`er

The current lot of seeds are about half the size of the ones I’ve been getting. They taste just fine, but they’re a real pain to de-hull. I much prefer the normal, larger size.
