These are beautiful lentils with a good germination rate. My favorite lentils are French Green, black and red. I was disappointed they were out of black. I deduct one star because lentils are not the tastiest of sprouts but they are very healthy for you, that' why I eat them. I much prefer them cooked though, then they are very tasty.
